Being added (Recognised) to the Australian Constitution and then - TopicsExpress

Being added (Recognised) to the Australian Constitution and then asking for a Treaty is one of the most irrational statement to come out in relation to the ‘Sovereignty Movement’ in the country. Being entered into the Australian Constitution which is a British Act of Parliament with the clause proposed by lawyer Mark Leibler (Co-Chair of the Recognition Expert Panel): Parliament has the power to make laws for the ‘benefit’ of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders. Under Section 51 Powers of Parliament in the Constitution will attempt to hand all authority to the government to act and make laws on behalf of the true sovereign power of the land. The only true sovereign power at present is with the original sovereign inhabitants of the land and not the sovereign of the UK as the UK crown has never ceded the sovereignty of the original peoples in a treaty. Our present dilemma appears otherwise because no one has taken this country to court to prove that Australia has no sovereignty without the endorsement from the Original Peoples and to test the rule of law being violated. Ask yourself where does the colony of Australia derive its sovereignty? From the UK Crown because the Australian Constitution is a British ACT of Parliament. Therefore when people talk about First Nations people making a treaty with Australia; the ONLY possible way for this to happen is between the Sovereign Power of the Colony of Australia and the Original Sovereign People (the Tribes/Clans/Nations). In this video from Pat Turner & Larissa behrendt, Pat mentions that Treaties or a Treaty between First Nations and the Australian people is a great thing and she believes it should happen. When the fact of the matter is a Treaty that she is proposing will never happen because Australia is still a colony of the British Empire and their Queen Elizabeth is still to this day Queen of Australia, the Head of State and the official sovereign power of the country/colony. Treat(y)ies can only be signed between sovereigns. So being added to the constitution of the sovereign power that you need to sign a treaty with and giving them to make laws on your behalf is totally irrational and dangerous for our people. Being added to the Australian Constitution is all about undermining First Nations/ Clans/ Tribes sovereign rights. Pat talks is mistaken and wrong. Sovereign Treaty NOW! Recognise that we are not here to be RECOGNISED! https://youtube/watch?v=JaZt1Fr-Uoo&feature=youtu.be
