Being good to ourselves implies being good to each other, if someone consider harming someone else can be a part of doing themselves good - that would be a completely false notion, doing good is about not causing harm, about being friendly and gentle, forgiving and generous with oneself. But, I will add, with the extremely rare exception of cases like removing a dictator without starting a war, but when did that last happen? As Dalai Lama have said, it would be smart if there was a weapon that could be designed in a way that a bullet could be fired that then would seek and take out one designated target, such as a triggerhappy dictator, removing the head of the snake, so to speak, while avoiding civilian casualties.
