Being happy, healthy and surrounded by family and friends at this time of year is far more important than having the perfect physique. Dont miss out on any social gatherings because you are afraid of ruining your diet. If you do have meals out and a few drinks just be sensible about it. Choose an option thats not an absolute calorie bomb on a plate and enjoy a few drinks. You dont have to order a huge burger, chips and 5 pints of beer. Maybe some kind of protein source and vegetables would be ideal, along with a glass or two of a drink of your choice. You can still enjoy the festive period without wrecking the progress you have made this year.
