Being in leadership or in charge doesnt mean you always get to do the fun, cool or easy stuff...it also means doing things that are difficult, not cool or not your calling but are necessary because of those that you oversee & the position you hold. So the next time you get jealous, envious or think you can do a job better, ask yourself can I do ALL that is required, even when its the ugly side & not the pretty one instead?
