Being its national chest day. Today was decline day lol. We started with decline dumbell. Barbell. Then the free motion barbells that many gyms dont have so if you fallow this you may have to improvise or get a membership at Strouds lol thats what I would do. I used to have a membership to every gym that had a piece of equipment I needed for a muscle group. Next is fly cable decline. Down ward angle. Then move the bench down and more towards the top part of the chest. Last was pec deck with high angle so we stood up. Great way to shock the chest.
