Being part of generation X, I like various types of self expression and in that vein, I have 3 tattoos. But each has significance. My first is a cross, to remind me that only God can tell me my worth. My second a butterfly, to remind me never to let anyone clip my wings and keep me from being all God has made me to be. The third is the Greek words, Thusian Zosan, which mean "Living Sacrifice" and are taken from Romans 12:1. This is my constant reminder of who I belong to and that I am not my own. I serve Christ and must always try to give all I am for Him. I want one more. Something to symbolize the children God has blessed me with. Four of them were given me by marriage and three by birth and I love them all. My daughter Anna gave me the idea of a seven sides star. Any thoughts or ideas on how to flesh that out and expand on it? It has to be meaningful and powerful for me to do something this permanent. Ideas?
