Being positive shapes your world; it colours the lens through which you see your behaviour and others. Fascinating! I dare you to take my Happiness Challenge (based on this video): Put aside 2 minutes a day for the next 21 days, to either - say out loud or write down 3 things your grateful for in your life (use this as a replacement for your daily Facebook rant!) - journal about (write out in detail) at least one of the positive things that happened to you each day - exercise for at least 20 minutes (yes, dancing around like your pants are on fire in your living room to your fav song totally counts!) - meditate for at least 5 minutes - clear your mind, or take the time to focus holistically (heart, mind, and body) on the positive thing(s) going on in your life - random/conscious acts of kindness - i.e., tell someone else what a great job they did; shovel someone elses drive/walkway (my address is...) *by the way, this counts as two things from the list!; pay for some random persons dinner; etc
