Being very limited human beings, with our human senses being the primary medium through which we acquire knowledge, then despite the fact that we have made incredible scientific advances, we cannot possibly comprehend the essence of any entity or reality which is beyond this material existence, beyond this known universe. We are only part of the physical creation that is this universe and bound by its laws and our own limitations; we are not equipped to grasp some far greater reality or realm of existence beyond this universe. If there is some Designer or Creator at work here, from another realm of existence, we surely cannot grasp the essence of same. We would be moving from the physical sciences to matters spiritual or religious.
