Believing in god. I think believing in god is a little hard to describe and understand, but i will do my best to give the experience. I do believe in god. Not as a deity, but as the powerful order in the universe. My conditioned thinking and feeling pairs with my ability to remain patient and wait and do lots of waiting for things to happen or change. To a person who doesnt believe in god. YOu cannot change or force them to believe or understand the universe. Their thinking is wired or conditioned to be focused on logic and survival because they are incased in their mind. Thats all they know. Their mind. When all you know youre self as - is your mind - your in a lot of trouble because when death comes it will force you to become aware of your soul or die a horrible psychological death of fear, sadness, worry, stress, and insanity. Even in death, you probably wont be able to be aware of the experience and will feel blackness and utter annihilation. So those who are heavily influenced by logic and human intelligence, are unable to process a thinking or imaginative experience beyond what their mind knows. Yes the mind has senses that create true hard facts - like gravity and science laws. But there is other forms of seeing life. LIke feeling life, as well as dreaming life, and imagining life. The person who doesnt believe in god is probably to close minded to see that the universe is order and a higher order then human intelligence knows. God is essentially the universe, and depending on how are mind functions, we either experience god or dont. Those that dont experience god, cling to the minds intelligence and human intelligent achievements. But god is bigger and more powerful then the human mind. So ...basically are mind is like a box inside a box. Until you break habits and patterns of mental thinking, you wont be able to experience the big universal picture because we are too trapped in simplified thinking. So what is evil ? evil is knowledge of the mind. Higher knowledge is knowledge that goes beyond the minds collective understanding. Its gods wisdom. But as it is, this entire world is possessed by the minds thinking. The mind it self is a tool it is not our soul or self. It may be a companion or an enemy, but its still a mind. To believe in god you have to understand what god is. And i can only say that god is essentially everything and no thing. Buddha nature, emptiness, universal space and time. So if you dont believe in god, maybe you dont understand god, or maybe your mind is tricking you into thinking god is a control mechanism. Either way, there is god and there is mind. You can pick god, or you can pick your mind. I am not saying the mind is evil, but dont let your mind dictate your actions and your life. People are not will power enough to realize that to be aware and self conscious you have to be in watching and observing everything that goes on in your self - body mind feelings and jerks grumbles urges. WHAT does this have to do with god ? well god is something we can believe in once we let go of our minds grasp. Or more are mind lets go of us....to be awakened. I hope people realize that god does exists, but not in the way you can logically label it. It is essentially youre Buddha nature, your force, your faith, and it also gives you the experiences you need to become perfect. But...experiences are painful and the resistances we build up are the reason god punishes us in the 1st place. So yea...believing in god takes a lot of experience and failures and bravery.
