Bellaire residents are invited to The Wellness Fair THIS SATURDAY (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) at Condit Elementarys black top. Admission to the event is free. I am honored to partner with great Bellaire area wellness professionals to put on this community event. The event includes games, door prizes, a free fitness test and free massages, amongst other things. Demonstrations and lectures will be led by Megan Schwartz of Kids Nutrition Houston, Ken Belveal of Mobile Workout and other health and fitness professionals. I will provide an update on important issues to Bellaire families. Across the street is the Recycles Fest & Library Book Sale. Great Saturday morning of Bellaire community.
