Bellevue Branch Library Public Art Project- Regional Call to Artists, Nashville, TN Metro Nashville Arts Commission announces a request for artist qualifications for public art at the new Bellevue Branch Library on Baugh Road. Three to five artists (or artist teams) will be selected to develop proposals, one of which will be selected for the final commission to fabricate and install permanent, site-specific public artwork. The project budget allocates $100,000 for one artwork or multiple, related artworks in the outdoor gathering space adjacent to the library. The project is open to established professional artists residing within approximately 350 miles of Nashville and who have a minimum of two years professional experience. The deadline for submission is Friday, October 4th at 1 a.m.Central Daylight Time (midnight Mountain Daylight Time) and artists must submit qualifications via callforentry.org.
