Beloved free spirits, Ive been thinking about what sort of delights I could cook with you and for you at Camp next week. Here are some suggestions which I could also teach anybody whod like to learn and experiment with me in the communal kitchen: 1. Sourdough piadine 2. Seitan 3. Home sprouting. If you are interested to participate in any of these... would you be so kind as to: 1. Bring: * some strong white flour (a small amount of rye or strong wholemeal flour is great to if you have some). * a clean glass jar with a lid (afterward you will be able to take home your own sourdough starter) 2. Bring: *Gluten flour 3. As sprouts can take about 4-5 days I hope to get these started on Wed evening. Bring: * Empty see through plastic bottles or containers with small holes cut in the bottom to allow for quick water drainage *seeds or grains of your choice to sprout With love x
