Beloved members, please do not share articles from Steve Quayle or Alex Jones in this group. Both teach against the pre trib rapture, and both are into merchandising and thus have a financial stake in their beliefs. Steve Quayle sells precious metals and prepping supplies, while Alex Jones purveys survival supplies, and cures. While we need to do what God leads us to do, we should also not make prepping our god. Neither teaches hope in Christ, and are steeped in conspiracy theories. Let me say that were not here to argue the validity of such theories, but to make it clear that this is a Bible study group about end time prophesy. The Bible DOES offer hope and the treasures it offers are far more valuable than gold, sliver or all the MREs you can cram in your spare room. They probably will be much more palatable in the end, when we stand before Christ. Again, this isnt to discourage, or say that we should be against prepping, but theres a fine line between saving and hoarding. Saving is beneficial, but hoarding drives up the price for everyone. This goes for any supplies including food, ammo and even rural land. We should be trusting in Jesus at any rate.
