Family member: 4 (Self, Wife and 2 Children) (Parents lives in village not include) Education: M.sc, B.sc, M.A, B.A, M.ed, B.ed & P.T.C (Teachers qualifications) Job: Teacher Job profile: Responsibility creation of India’s future (means to educate childs) Income: 5300 Rs per month & 63600 Rs Per Annum (1) Light bill per day 12rs without freeze (12*30days) = 360rs (2) Gas bill 1 cylinder = 415 rs (3) 500ml milk 22Rs*30days = 660 rs (4) Tea- Sugar (only for morning) (4cup*3rs*4 member*30days)=360rs (5) House rent in village(1 room and kitchen with steel roof) not in city=1500rs (6) 2 nos Toilet soap and 7 nos detergent soap low quality=70rs (7) Toothpaste 1 packet and brush=20rs (8) Grocery and vegetable per day 50rs=1500rs (9) Cotton seed oil 5ltr (Ghee not use) = 425rs (10) If any guest come for 2 – 3 days in month = 200rs (11) Bus-Auto-Petrol vehicle= 600rs (12) Shaving at home but hair cut for self and children = 100rs (13) Children school fees and stationary = 200rs (14) Mobile recharge per month (self and wife)= 100rs (15) Wheat flour 5kg = 130rs (16) Medical + Medicine + Sunday +General expensive = 300rs (17) Two children tuition fees = 600rs Total expensive in month with frugality = 7,540Rs Note:- (1) use only panchayat water not a mineral water (2) Not fruit for children (3) Not use ghee for diva in Gods prayer use only agarbatti dhup (4) TV with only durdarshan channel (5) Cloth press at home and new cloth purchase only diwali if possible (6) Not possible celebrate every relatives occasion and Religion occasion (7) Economic Life and standard of living very low level As per Gujarat government policy minimum daily wages Rs. 150 for farm-workers and unskilled workers means Rs. 6000 per month but teachers salary Rs. 5300 per month. On dated 20/01/2012 Gujarat highcourt said this is modi governments absorption policy for government employees. On dated 20/01/2012 The Gujarat High Court has also strongly criticized and given a judgment against the fixed wage employees recruited by Modi government. The Gujarat High Court asked the State Government why it recruited teachers at a meager salary of Rs 5300 per month. HC has remarked increase in unemplyability of youth and youth being forced to work at lower salaries. This is sad. Gujarat high court (HC) has remarked what kind of vibrant is this Gujarat where youth has to work for a meager monthly salary of Rs.5300. The HC had ordered to give same wages for same work but still the youth of the state is not getting adequate wages. After Gujarat HC given judgment on dated 20/01/2012 then modi government request to HC reconsider judgment but Gujarat HC not changed judgment so government goes to SC and now this issue pending in Supreme court last 2 years. We are not against to Mr. Modi but we want justice. We want to change government absorption policy for fixed salaried government employees . We hope to Modi government positively think about this matter and solve as soon as possible bcoz Mr. Modi said him rally about teachers and education qaulity. Now think ...
