Below is the event introduction (sans ad libs) which was followed by a wonderful tribute to Mr. Mac by Glenn Doran - On behalf of the reunion committee- Claire Rassman, Fran Danza (who almost singlehandedly handled the arrangements for the reunion - thank you Fran), Louise Annis McCoy, Dorothy Botta Giglio, and Tom Giglio (no relationship) I want to thank everyone for coming out to the 2014 LFS All Years Reunion. We thought that we would change things a bit this time around and decided on a less formal outdoor venue. In attendance are S. Paulette, co-principals S. Pat and Ms. Trainor, and our very deserving guest of honor - John MacAlinden affectionately known as Mr. Mac. Almost everyone in attendance remembers Mr. Mac as being a man who cared for the youth in the parish - coaching and mentoring. When the 2012 reunion turned out to be an unexpected financial success we decided not only to donate the proceeds to LFS but to establish a scholarship in the name of Mr. Mac. With all of this in consideration the event was designed with fund raising in mind.
