Below is the hotel information for the All Star tournament, 12/13-12/15. We strongly encourage all families to stay at one of these hotels as it is important for the players to remain close together as a team. Hotel Booking Information Hotel Options for Friday, December 13th, Saturday, December 14th & Departing Sunday, December 15th: Baymont Inn Las Vegas $50.40 per night including tax. Located 6.85 Miles from All America Park. La Quinta Inn Las Vegas North $63.84 per night including tax. Located 6.68 miles from All American Park. The rooms that have been reserved in the ETS blocks have two queen beds in each room. If you want otherwise you make speak to the reservations agent at the time of booking. The hotels are within walking distance of each other. Both hotels have: • Free Wi-Fi • Free Parking • Free Continental Breakfast • Heated Outdoor Pool • Gym • In Room Refrigerators (Free but by request only at Baymont) • Laundry Facilities on site • Meeting rooms for the Coaches to meet with players The Hotels Do Not have • Adjoining rooms • A restaurant on site • Resort fees • Gambling on site Baymont Inn Las Vegas, located at 4055 Palos Verdes Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119. All reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 702-473-6400 selecting #5 for the Front Desk when prompted. The Group name is the ETS ALL-STAR Team. The hotels’ check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check- out time is 11:00 a.m. All group reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date of November 29, 2013. Any rooms held for the group not reserved by this date will fall back into the hotel’s inventory and will not be subject to the discounted rate. Once reservations have been made, any cancellations of confirmed reservations not received by the hotel at least 2 days prior to scheduled arrival shall result in the reservation being deemed a no-show. No-shows are subject to a payment penalty of the first nights room and tax and will be billed to the individual’s credit card that is associated with the reservation. Within walking distance to Bucca Italian Restaurant, Quiznos, Jack in the Box, Palermos Pizza (yes, they deliver) and several shopping centers also within walking distance. La Quinta Inn Las Vegas Airport North located at 3970 S. Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109. All reservations must be made calling the Group Reservations Department at 702-796-9000. Please ask for LA QUINTA INN LAS VEGAS AIRPORT NORTH and Group#: 5197 ETS ALL STAR Team. The hotels’ check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check- out time is 12:00 p.m. Please also state the room type (two queens), arrival (12/13/13) and departure date (12/15/13) as well as smoking preference by November 22, 2013. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability.
