Benalec: Benalec’s unit, Heritage Land SB has entered into two sales and purchase agreement for the disposal of 8 parcels of leasehold land in Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka for a total consideration of RM54.32m. The land measuring approximately 16.82 hectares in total is valued at around RM30 psf which is at the higher valuation range within the area. We are positive with the news as the selling price attained is at premium level. We are leaving our forecast unchanged and maintain Neutral for Benalec with a TP of RM1.25 on SOP valuation.
