Provide leadership and direction to the forecasting, planning, allocation and replenishment team to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met. Drive end to end Inventory Management through improved OTB planning & forecasting, better in-season management & replenishment planning and improve E&O management. Sell through % as per target. E&O % and Aged inventory as per target. All Retail KPIs. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all planning documents, reports generated by the Company. Build capability and skill sets within the company. Lead end to end monthly forecasting for Core, seasonal and non-apparel products. Drive Demand planning and Demand Aggregation process through Demand Aggregation Tool. Drive Buy Planning process for Retail and Wholesale channels. Ensuring seasonal briefs are met to include product assortment, suggested pricing strategies, product line volume, GP targets and growth opportunities. Ongoing collaboration with Commercial Operations; Marketing; Brand and GSC teams as part of action plan development and execution of identified risks and opportunities within the forecasting, planning and seasonal post-mortem analysis. Key Skill Senior Planner, PPC, Merchandiser Eligibility Criteria Matric is essential. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous. At least 3 years planning experience in a similar role (especially in a clothing retail environment). Previous exposure to a Wholesale environment is advantageous. Must be computer literate (MS Office). With proven proficiency (intermediate) in MS Excel. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have good analytical thinking skills and organizing skills.
