Beneath the wave of uncertain sea Trying to reach out but it wont let me. Under the seabed I lie in wake Watching, gazing, breathless the glimmering of your light I wait. A stream so strong it lift me up To the vast space of dark ang light Clinging tightly to bring me back to its bedridden sea I cant accept, break it free. Gasping heavily for relief and strife Every inch I get closer seems like nigh. Exhausted, drifting back down The light that once was close has gone far. My eyes slowly closes as I drift further away. Helplessly still..... it was futility. Back to where I once began Watching, gazing, exhausted. The glimmering of your light.... fades. Under the seabed I lie in wake Still as a mountain filled with clay. Once more a stream lift me up Do I go or do I wait.... lets try once more and make a break. Fighting the void of uncertainty with might. Just a few more distance and Ill see your light. Arose to the surface its breeze felt free. The light I once sought..... was as beautiful as the clear blue sea.
