Benmark Nganga> TUMSO COMRADES FORUM The first day of HELB/UNIVERSITIES consultative meeting ends with some of the major issues discussed as follows. 1. That plans are there to increase the minimum amount offered to 60k and max 100k. This is however if the govnt approves this proposal by allocating them additional funds. 2. Av also learnt with concern that TUM is known as the most notorious is poor communication to HELB leading to the delays we are experiencing. I highly regret and condemn this and it have to come to an end. The meeting however continues tomorrow wea we shall represent our grievances as students. Thank you all
