:Benny will be a great coach-Rob Moore Benni McCarthy retired from professional football earlier this month. McCarthy has aspirations of becoming a coach and has stated that he would be keen on taking charge of the Bafana Bafana bench at some stage. His business manager, Rob Moore, believes that the former UEFA Champions league winner would be a great coach. “Off the field, one of his greatest attributes was his loyalty to our company. We managed his entire career, when many other players just hop from agent to agent. Added to this, was his ever-willing nature to carry out his sponsor obligations and to ensure that he remained as professional as possible.“I walked along a road with a boy who, on the journey, overcame everything to grow into a man that conquered the world. Some say I changed his life - I say he changed mine. He will make a very good coach, of that I have no doubt.
