Bens Day finally finished off! Went to Intensive Care and handed over cheque for £1600 for a chair that they decided to use the money for. I raised over £2000 and some went elsewhere and some is kept behind to get a plaque of some sort for Ben to be put up at the blood bank. I also went to SCBU and handed in over 200 tiny baby hats u all knitted, they really really happy to get them and said that if anyone else is still knitting they need little cardis and blankets especially tiny blankets called blankets if love that they put in memory boxes for the parents if babies who are stillborn!! Anyone wanting to do that please get in touch and Ill give u details. Lastly the blood drive seen over 160 (that we counted) come give blood here in Dundee, Kirriemuir, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, London and seen cash donations come in from as far as Australia as they dont take British blood haha. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the small plea that spiralled out if control thanks to close and distant friends and complete strangers! The kindness of everyone was overwhelming and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart Paula and Ben xxx
