Bentley is a 1 year old golden retriever mix in need of rescue. His time is up at the shelter and they will put him down tomorrow if we dont find a foster or adopter and a new hope partner to save him from the euth room.Please share and advocate for Bentley tonight before it is to late.. A volunteer writes: A high end brand name for a high end dog Mr. Bentley sits quietly in his kennel until he signals me with a quick bark that hed like to go out. He wears a beautiful tan coat, but is a bit too thin and needs to gain some weight. He scampers on the leash, happy to be outside, but is a little hand shy and needs to make friends slowly. He pulls on the leash a bit in his happiness to be out, so might benefit from some leash training if needed once hes in his new home. Bentley wags his tail as we walk, poses for photos perfectly, and hes so photogenic and cooperative he made the photo session a pleasure. We sat and talked for a while, and he allowed me to pet him gently, but needs to take his time making new friends. Bentley has a lovely energy and will do well in a home that will give him time to relax and feel the love. He needs to find his BFF and is hoping that will happen quickly.
