Bento Box: Taquitos Bento boxes are the latest craze in kids school lunches. They are so much fun to make, fun to eat and most importantly, contain everything you need in a complete meal. All you need are a few simple tools, your child’s favorite foods and a cozy bento box to carry your masterpiece in. This is the first in a series of bento boxes I will be sharing with you. I started easy with my son’s favorite foods. Picadillo (ground beef) Taquitos are at top of his list so I sliced them to look like egg rolls and pierced them with fun picks to keep them rolled as they make their way to school.
