Bernice Marie Stout 85, of Sutton, WV formally of Exchange, WV passed away on January 19, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 11, 1929 in Webster County, WV the daughter of the late Pliant Dick and Mae Hoover Roberts. Bernice worked for 14 years at the former Elliott’s Drug Store in Sutton as a clerk. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Auldra McCoy “Bully” Stout, brothers; Boone, Paul, and Alden Roberts, sisters; Irene Roberts, Delma Hoover, Mary Lou Ward, and Alice Rodebaugh. Her survivors include daughter and son-in-law Charlotte and Jay Chidester of Sutton, granddaughter; Ann Marie Chidester of Christiansburg, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton with Rev. Bryon Bukovesky officiating. Burial will follow at Sutton Cemetery, Town Hill, Sutton. Friends may call Thursday, from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Family suggests donations to Hospice Care Corp. P.O.
