Best Buy lost four contracts as of last night. The minute our phones are upgrade eligible, well be taking our business elsewhere. I took Katies phone in on Sunday, was told it would be there on the second. I gave them an extra day to make sure. I go in last night to pick up her phone, and its not there. Why? Because the same day we took it in, the order was canceled. Why? Nobody knows! The solution to the issue that the rep gave me was to buy a prepaid phone and return it at the end of the weekend. Minus the minutes used of course. My daughter is gong to a choir competition in Atlanta. We live in Cleveland,TN. Ive paid Geek Squad/ Best Buy over two thousand dollars in the past five years for four phone protection plans. If I treated my consumers the way they treated me last night, Id be fired. If all of our agents treated consumers the way I was treated last night, the company would be out of business in two years. Never again.
