Best and easy are often opposites: To achieve success is much - TopicsExpress

Best and easy are often opposites: To achieve success is much like trying to find a way to generate profit. There are limitations for all of us such as genetics, environment, work and family commitments, social pressure, character flaws, time, money thats the same for everyone. Thats not the problem though... You see, regardless of this we MUST find a way, we must admit and accept whats standing in the way and figure out a way to tip the balance in our favour if we are to accomplish a goal. Thats how businesses succeed. They figure out a way to improve their returns regardless of the difficulties. Investing isnt the problem. Its having some belief that the investment is going to pay off, thats were the problem lies. So whats that got to do with body and health? Well its exactly the same deal here too. When putting time, effort and energy into training its important to choose a method that provides a return. To do this we need to measure inputs (food and training), we need to measure output (inches, bodyweight, kilos lifted, changes in skill etc etc) Same deal with PT. Before investing the main criteria must be: Is this the best place to invest? Is this PT more or less likely to create a return than my alternatives? Now, heres the crucial point....Easy and Best are usually opposites..... Choosing the PT at the gym you joined is EASY....However, using convenience is not the Best selection criteria. Using a PT at your commercial gym means queueing for equipment (you might take 60 mins to do 40 mins of work) you cant do the sequence you want for the same reasons. Your PT might be playing at it, not a career PT, just a friendly guy trying his hand at it while he decides if hes keen enough to make a career as a PT. He knows hes not providing you with an environment where you get what you need, when you need it and at the right intensity. Now thats not a fault of theirs as such BUT it IS a reason to be less certain youll get the Return you wanted for the investment made. This is why I believe at Staniford Personal Training Gym we offer the best environment in Teesside to ensure you DO succeed on your journey. You will get a RETURN. We know this from having struggled to deliver the sessions that we wanted to in commercial gyms because 1 squat rack for 5000 members is always going to be a problem - especially as these get used for curls and shrugs more often than not. So my question is why choose anything on the basis of Easy / Convenient? The BEST PT session is way more likely at our Personal Training Gym - no members, just two career PTs with passion and knowledge working directly with their clients. No interruptions, no constraints, no compromise. The best possible place to ensure quality, tailored sessions happen. Investment should always be evaluated on the likely hood of a great return.....shouldnt it?
