Best customer service experience EVER: I took my sister, Reini Side, out this evening for some much needed relaxation at Uncork & Unwind in Tumwater. Weve been meaning to celebrate her birthday for over a month, but it has been challenging with Clints surgery, and subsequent treatments, and all around craziness. The service at Uncork & Unwind and was phenomenal from the start. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful, and the co-owner, Michelle, came by to chat with us as well. I mentioned that we were there celebrating Reinis birthday, and we ended up chatting about Clint and his battle with brain cancer. When Michelle brought us our check later, I realized that she had comped our entire meal! She even offered to hold a fundraiser for Reini and Clint to help them out. Talk about incredible service! What a blessing. We will definitely be back!
