Best info Ive ever found on Wikipedia: Before the band was created, all future members of Black Flag worked at Little Caesars pizza place. Henry Rollins worked at the Little Caesars in Washington DC with the frontman of the band Minor Threat. While the others all worked around the LA area because the guitarist Greg Ginn had a coupon for a free pizza one day and they all applied for jobs jokingly, the manager unexpectedly hired all of them.
