Best surfing adventure of my life in 73 El Salvador. All18 yrs old , me and two buddies, took two weeks to get there , 1st by 2 cars, train though southern mexico for a week, then busses and finally a taxi to paradise. 7 weeks of great surf with maybe 3 unsurfable days with 6 to 8 foot surf every week. And never under head high perfect point break surf. hmm. Need some more of that. Last photo a yr later hooked on adventure, in Hawaii at our house at Rocky Point Nort shoa. Then half a decade later thinking is this real? Other than this poser for Budweiser shot, mostly. haha, real part was I was looking at the surf and asking when to can the crap photo shoot and get out there. haha . The manaquin in the hammoch looks so real.
