Best to all on your lifestyle. Tonight two pictures, first supper - chicken, baby bok choy, carrots & bean sprouts in Chinese chili sauce. Second, a graph of my weight over the last year. My pre-marathon diet is essentially the same as this groups (except I ate white bread & chocolate). My last two marathons were April 27 & November 16. The graph is obvious when I begin my pre-marathon diets and when ended, or not. Pretty clear results. Sticking to my diet (and more committed training) I have run better the last 3 months than in 10 years. So, I hope each of you also got something from this and encourage you to continue healthier eating.
