Best way to remember your dreams: First, put a notebook by your bedside to write your dreams down. Then before falling asleep, tell yourself that you will remember them when you wake up. As you wake, do not move, slip about two-thirds of the way back into sleep and, after a few moments, the images will rise to the surface. Go over the images several time so as not to forget them and, eventually, to catch a few more. When the images are firmly anchored, note down the dream and interpret it.
