Beth, Valerie, Lisa and I went on a couple of dog runs tonight, after midnight. We had a place on Bundy Ave to check out. The dogs were not in the back yard of a supposedly vacant home. The meter was off the house but we could tell a candle was burning inside. It was great that even though they did not have heat, they brought the dogs in. Then we got a call of a Pit that was hit by a car, off Richfield Rd and were told the police were not going to help. When we got there, the owners showed up and the dog was already en-route to the 24 hour clinic. We then proceeded to Wenona, where we had been told of a couple of abused dogs. The dogs were not to be found. We intend to check both places during the daylight, soon.
