Bethany is out of surgery. The vet said that it was a bit more difficult than we thought. Her entire uterus was full of pus, and she did have another deceased kitten in there. Plus, her bladder had adhered to her uterus, so that required dissection. She is in guarded condition, because we dont know if the infection has entered her bloodstream yet or not. She received fluids and a Convenia injection, and will also be on oral antibiotics called Orbax. So were very thankful that we found her when we did, and for everyones help in getting her the care she needs. Well be picking her up later today, and Ill keep updating as we go. Thank you again!!
