Bethlehem is The Christmas City with a strong German heritage, so it seems ideal to start a Krampus movement. Groups of costumed people could be sponsored by Churches, bars, colleges, open mics and anyplace young people gather. They could compete for donations to local charities. Musikfest could sponsor theatrical presentations, Medieval style morality plays . Prizes could be awarded for best costumes and best hand carved masks. Lets do this Bethlehem.
