Better Backs Home Exercise Rehabilitation! Name: Cobras/Back Extensions Prescription: 2x15-20 Progression: Complete exercise with torso resting over a swiss ball Description: Starting in a facing down position we place our hands beside our shoulders. We then use our upper body to lift our chest off the floor as far as comfortable (you will feel a stretch in your abdominal muscles). We then hold his position for 5 seconds then slowly lower our chest to the floor and repeat. Note: Be sure to control the movement and make sure your hip bones maintain contact with the floor.
