Bettie De Meyer > Carrot Bar Cake 3 x 125ml Purity Carrot; 2 cups sugar; 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 4 eggs; 2 cups flour; 2 t baking powder; 2t ground cinnamon; 1t salt. Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan(groot pyrex bak). In seperate bowl sift dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl beat sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and lastly stir in the baby food carrots. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until skewer in sterted into center comes out clean.
