Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan(groot pyrex bak). In seperate bowl sift dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl beat sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and lastly stir in the baby food carrots. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until skewer in sterted into center comes out clean.
