Between birth and death, life is a series of tests that are passed and failed. Living is making decisions on how to face those tests. We were born to die – what happens in between (life) is what really matters. Ive placed a threshold in front of my path. A solo adventure on a different continent, & possibly a different dimension via the ancient shamanic tool known as Ayahuasca. An inner journey through my soul – a vision quest. I do not know what this adventure will bring, who will be met, or what will be found inside. My current guides are courage, strength, compassion, intent. The geographical journey amounts to 23 days visiting the Devils Paradise (the Amazon) and exploring Lake Titicaca and that regions ancient ruins. Preparation has been in the works for about 3 months – itinerary logistics, fasting (diet and self control), focus on intent, inner self-reflection, motive, physical training. Our time is great! These days will be known as a renaissance – an awakening of another stage of consciousness, spreading from one person to the next. Ive ranted plenty on the internet via facebook in an attempt to get my point across. Well, I know nothing (Jon Snow).... I want to learn how to speak in a different way. Thanks to all of my friends who have given advice and supported me in this endeavor, especially my mom & dad. Should have some great stories to tell - look forward to seeing you when I get back.
