Between yesterday and today I received dozens of calls and emails from applicants receiving letters from the State Police being unable to verify fingerprints based on the TCN provided. . This is an ongoing issue with the new Live Scan system and the state police are aware of it. Between calls to the FBI, State Police and Department of Financial & Professional Regulation we are doing all we can to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. All I ask is that everyone be patient and we should hopefully have it resolved in the near future (cob tomorrow, hopefully).
