Beware !!! I put up an order on the LightInTheBox order page to buy two pictures. The payment was withdrawn from my bank account and I checked the order status on their web page. Everything looked fine. The order was paid, picked and delivered to me (that was what the order’s status page said). After some days I received a mail saying, my delivery address was wrong!! Very strange, I always use the same (my really home address) when I buy from other vendors via Internet and I have never ever had any issues. I contacted the LightInTheBox customer Service via their web page (no telephone number was available). They told me they will look into the issue. Nothing happened. I contacted them again, same reply, they will look into the issue. I have now contacted them for over more than two months to try to get my goods that I have paid for, but no luck!! No goods received up to date!! They were very quick to withdraw the payment from my bank account but never delivered what I paid for. All people out there, BEWARE for these guys!! These guys are only out there to FOOL YOU!! This message will be translated into different languages so as many people as possible in the whole world will get notifed.
