Beware!! Recently I found some charges on my account. Talk to a teller to find out why wasnt I notified? Ended up going in to talk to someone and they tell me since I didnt block my ATM card when I told them about the unauthorized charges that the Credit Union is NOT responsible for the charges. WTF!! I told her I should receive a replacement card before I block my ATM. She tells me that I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my replacement!! I told her are you kidding me?! Its Christmas!! her choices to me was ... 1 dont block my ATM, but all unauthorized charges are my problem. 2 block my ATM and ill get a replacement card in 2 to 3 weeks. Then I told her about the overdraft charges and she tells me oh I guess we can refund you that. OMG!! Seriously?! Great customer service!! Very Disappointed with Nikkei Credit Union!! Oh and the other employees that were there listening to my conversation all put their heads down pretending not to hear!! SMH!!!
