Beware Verizon wireless Prepaid users and potential users!!!! I am not happy with Verizon Wireless prepaid service. I took a phone into one of their corporate stores and asked them to add it as a replacement phone on my prepaid account. They understood that I was already a prepaid customer and just told me that I would have to do it online since I bought the phone somewhere else. Best Buy sells them but say they cannot activate them anymore. Ugh! What the sales people at Verizon Wireless didnt mention was that when I activate the new phone on my existing account, it would start a new plan and effective causing me to lose the whole months payment that I had just made on my account. I have been trying to contact a real person to talk to about how to get my $60 payment credited back to my account since I had just paid it. I cannot find a contact number that will get me to a real person. I will not be recommending Verizon Prepaid Wireless to anyone!!!!!!! They dont want to help you; they just want to take your money. Where has customer service gone? Doesnt anyone care about their customers anymore? I will differently start looking for a better company to give my money too!
