Beware of Mamma Bear! Or, you might be Mamma Bear. Have you ever contested against the wrong attitudes of people for years, just through patience with them, but then, just when you think its getting better and/or it may even be over, here they go again with their contest, doubt, wicked division and threats? I think this Psalm says it all. And therefore, if theres any Mamma Bears reading this, who know their wicked division against what I stand for, then get back into your cave or youll suffer the consequences from Gods hand. Psalm 5 - A Psalm of David. Give ear to my words, O Lord; consider my groaning. Give attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to you do I pray. O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch. For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you. The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers. You destroy those who speak lies; the Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man. But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your holy temple in the fear of you. Lead me, O Lord, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before me. For there is no truth in their mouth; their inmost self is destruction; their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue. Make them bear their guilt, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; because of the abundance of their transgressions cast them out, for they have rebelled against you. But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield. Weve inherited the blessing of Abraham, where God has promised us, through the promises He gave to Abraham - I-Will bless those who bless you, and I-Will curse those who curse you (Gen. 12, I think) - therefore, why would anyone resort to bitter division, jealousy and wicked manipulation which is witchcraft, in order to defend their domain? Why not rather, submit to God and let Him make the way, whilst doing good to others, and even helping the ones against whom youve become bitter ...! ...? There are many Christians in this position, and I fear for your eternal security. I dont get it, ...why some people just dont seem to change, nor see the necessity for change thats grappling at their heels like hells fiery flames. ...and all this, in the midst of so much good that God has done and is doing to the contrary of such people - where Hes reconciled age-old differences, bitterness, resentment and divisions, but those who prefer the voice of the devil, causing division and threatening revenge, slither along the roadside. Well take the high road, thanks. To hell with bitterness, revenge, threats, lies and malice - for this is where it will take anyone who persists in seeking their own way through the use of such things. God, have mercy on all the Mamma Bears, and may they find the grace to repent / change their minds about how to go about achieving whats right. Come in king David! For who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that you taunt and threaten the armies of the God of Israel For Ive overcome the lion and the bear, ...who are you then to be standing before me!.
