Beware of an article 5 Constitutional convention. Any attempt to circumvent the 22nd Amendment by a Constitutional Convention could well result in a loss of the Constitution in its entireity. The Constitution is consistently circumvented by this administation, congress likewise has failed to respect theConstitution. One might conclude as to why the people would risk a constitutional convention where the content of that convention cannot be controlled? Further why would the people expect the current government to honor a convention to amend the constitution when they fail to abide by the Law as it is so clearly promulgated by the governing document of this Constitutional Republic? Contrary to current knowledge and perception, The United States of America is he only national entity that has a legal document that permits the replacement of a government by means other than a violent revolution.
