Beyond frustration ..... dont tell me not post on my facebook page - dont like it unfriend me , problem solved ...... I am getting sick & tired of trying to follow proper HTC protocol in getting help for my aging parents ........ years ago HTC sent a crew in to do a halfass , incomplete , sloppy renovation job in their house - they were told As soon as the rest of your material shows up we will be back to finish what we started Since then My Dad has had to deal with floods & now has a major mold issue ..... the flooding issue got worse after the clearing behind the village ... rerouted a major runoff thru every inch of their property. Then 3 yrs ago - some idiot shot pellet holes in their back windows , someone was sent to measure them & never returned. Every enterance to the house has serious rot damage & poses a severe risk everyday. I have kept copies of every letter sent in on their behalf - I was given the honor of being their voice 15 yrs ago ( power of attorney) they hate dealing with this deadend crap. I got one reply over a year ago- a new HTC employee - did everything he told me to do , faxed in the form then again as usual .......... NOTHING !!! :( :( My vent for the day ...... my thoughts , my voice , my rights & my facebook page !!!!
