Beyond the basic infrastructure of road, water, communication, electricity, school, agricultural infrastructure and health facilities being developed and promised by the DPT, as part of our Common Minimum Program also called the 6+1. The need to develop small scale business i.e agro processing, storage facilities, quality control, grading, branding, packaging, logistics and market access is critical. This is what I have learnt after meeting thousands of people from our constituency over the last month. Each of this is doable with a dedicated team of professional. Ideas and knowledge is critical after we have understood the problem. Everything else can be overcome with effort, dedication and time.
