Bhadarwah towan observed complete shutdown - BJP leaders clashed with police BHADARWAH SEP 27:--- Bhadarwah town observed complete shutdown on Friday in protest against the twin strike by three militants one on the Hiranagar police station and the second on an army base camp in Samba District.The bandh call was supported by all allied parties of BJP educational institutions and transporters. However, private cars, two wheelers and auto rickshaws were seen plying in the city and elsewhere. Police have been deployed in the city and major Places to prevent any untoward incident, police said.
