Bhai better start selling paan instead of pursuing career in engineering. There is no money , There is no family life and their is no life assuraty either was a suggestion given to me by a senior telecom engineer working in Telenor . I am installing BTS with their vendors nowadays and witnessing all the exploitation and abuse of these corporate. it has strengthen my believe in communism even further .. How these corporates deregulate themselves. Independent from labour laws , How they create an artificial unemployment to exploit the already employed work force with less wages and more work hours , How they callously treat those who earn profits for them (In last three months i saw around dozen accidents , a one in which an antenna clamp broke and its assembly , approximately ten kg fell from 25 meters above right in front of me while lifting it , some half inch away , Injuring my friend while i was secured by some chance)...... Even the very senior ones are not sure about their future .. They could kick us at any time , hundreds of them are sitting outside to replace us with much lower salaries . Go and do some thing else to earn money . Go and sell paan was what a very senior engineer told me today ...
