Bharat Ratna Sachin releases book Raj Singh Dungarpur-A Tribute He has retired from cricket, but, his popularity has not diminished a bit. Just few hours ago he released the book Raj Singh Dungarpur-A Tribute, in presence of the family members of the Cricket legend, elite dignitaries and media persons at the Cricket Club of India, in South Mumbai. He had travelled all the way from Hyderabad, where he had gone for his personal work. His flight got cancelled, other got delayed; but, he did make it for the function coming directly from the airport. Releasing book on late Rajbhai was very important for him, as he was the person, who played an important role in picking him up at the very young age and offering him an opportunity to tour England in the schoolboys team for the first time. Sachin was only 13 then. Just dont know about the clarity of the audio in this video shot by me on my mobile; but his body language clearly says it all about his love for the cricket legend-RSD. Popular TV personality rajdeep Sardesai anchored the show, which was attended by former India captain Ajit Wadekar , Madhav Apte, kailash Gattani and many others; including Raj Singh Dungarpurs family members Samar Singh , Harshavardhan, sister Rajmata of Bikaner Sushila kumari , whose birthday was today and who presented sachin with a memento.
