Now I am 97# under my gross maximum of 290#, and there still remain 13# of fat and blubber to get to my goal of 180# on my home scale and 23# of fat and blubber to get to 180# on my doctor’s scale. I am now twenty-three pounds over where I should be on my goal to have been at 172# on Nov. 30th. I have accomplished 86% of goal, with 14% remaining. I had done 328 near consecutive days of Royal Canadian Air Force exercises. Yesterday was home office work and shopping in Ocala. Today is Bible study (Torah) at Shir Shalom, the Hawthorne Clergy Group at 43rd St Deli on Williston Road, a meeting with Church of the Holy Communion leadership; and will go look for suits at Belk’s and Wearhouse. The price is good to miss. I need basic black for church and another suit suitable for social and business occasions. I am still 21# over final target, but it is time to suit up for some coming special occasions and meetings.
